It's just a short walk away, making it convenient for shopping and trying out local street food. The staff here are very friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a comfy bed and air conditioning. The breakfast options are great, with delicious hot food made to order.

The hotel is lovely, the service is lacking. Unable to order ice at 21.00, staff not geared up for the needs of clients. Pity!

The room is very modern and offers good value for the price, with a convenient location for an easy walk to Tha Pae Gate, providing the best overall experience.

The hotel has amazing pictures that have no connection to reality. It is a run down place that is very noisy. The only thing that bothers the staff is the presence of gurests. If prison guards would be this rude, there would be a riot.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. The location was fantastic, as it was so close to the market and the train station for those of us traveling from Bangkok by train. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the attention to detail, with amenities like a small kitchen and a comfy bed. The breakfast options were also excellent, with fresh hot food made to order.

Hotel was awful: no windows in the room, there was only a door on a balcony, accessible from other rooms. Dirty and romorous!

Great location close to many attractions, including night markets and shops. Walking distance to main gate. Clean and bright room, with a welcoming staff willing to help with any need. They even allowed us to store our bags after check-out. The breakfast served was tasty and diverse.

The bed was a bit firm, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Room cleaning could be improved, as some areas were left dusty and hair on the floor. In general, the room could use some maintenance, but it didn't affect our stay much.
